“ Red Geranium is an long time New Harmony restaurant. Nice atmosphere on the inside. We ate outside which was nice as well. I had the fried chicken sandwich. It was excellent. My only complaint was it was too large. The ladies got wedge salad. They were very large as well. Taste was excellent. ”

“ This is a great date night, best after utilizing walking around exploring the town of new harmony before, or after. It's a little old school fancy, a lot of folks from Evansville use it for a hot date night. Gives you a chance to dress up and just get away from the chance of running into someone at dinner. It's a lovely drive and a lovely park nearby to drive through too. ”

“ My husband and I decided to spend our anniversary weekend in New Harmony, as it seemed like a relative safe haven during the COVID-19 pandemic. We stayed at the New Harmony Inn, so I made dinner and brunch reservations at the Red Geranium. We were so impressed by New Harmony! Everywhere we went, people were taking precautions and being so kind. Our temperatures were taken at check-in, and everyone wore masks until seated. (Restaurant employees stayed in masks all the time.) Tables were properly distanced and spaced. Our server for both meals was Jo Beth, and she was wonderful! The food was delicious, and she had great recommendations for us when we were trying to decide what to eat. Our meals at Red Geranium were one of my favorite parts of our visit to New Harmony; since I was pregnant during my visit, I needed to ensure extra safety during the pandemic. Dining at Red Geranium made me feel somewhat normal for the first time in a long time! ”

“ I went here on May 29th and the food was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! I don't think I've ever had a more perfectly cooked meal in my life. I got the fillet with asparagus and a giant baked potato (butter was so good) and my husband got a big steak with broccoli and giant baked potato. Everything was wonderfully seasoned and the vegetables had the right amount of crunch and softness. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the meal. However, the dessert was a massive let down. We got the coffee creme brulee and it was not good. There was hardly any creme brulee there and the consistency was way off. I was disappointed with dessert but the main meal completely wowed me, the cook definitely knows what they are doing. The service was ok and the restaurant was very cute and quaint inside. We will definitely be back to eat here. From here on out it will be our go to restaurant for special occasions. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and how much food you get. ”

“ The best restaurant in town (in my opinion) - Red Geranium has a lovely atmosphere both indoors and outdoors. My steak in the steak salad was done to perfection. Avocado dressing? Yes please! Our apps that we ordered were delicious: goat cheese ball and the “sticks” which were like a cross between an egg roll and a panini. Their menu changes with the season, which I always love to see. AND THEY SERVE WARM BREAD ROLLS! Absolute 5 stars in my book! This is a small town though, so the sense of urgency here is non existent. Please elevate your 5 senses and truly enjoy. ”
